All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We take care to package our products with great attention to sustainability and security. However, if the product was somehow damaged in transit, please provide us with proof of purchase and damage at customercare@inktentious and we will do our best to work with you to remedy the situation, if possible. Proofs of purchase refer to receipts and credit card statements showing the purchase date, item(s) bought, and amount paid. Shipping fees are not refundable.
