When will my order arrive?

Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Each purchase is handmade and produced to order upon request with a focus on using sustainable and recyclable materials when possible.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, please check the shipping costs after you’ve added items to the shopping cart. Each purchase will include a tracking number so that you can know precisely when your order will be delivered.

Why do the colors appear different in person compared to those on my screen?

How colors appear on your computer or mobile device may differ from real life depending on how the colors have been calibrated on that device.

Do you sell framed paintings and prints?

No, not yet.

Are your original paintings, drawings and prints signed?

All original paintings, drawings and prints are hand signed by the artist. In addition, a certificate of authenticity is included with each purchase.

Are all of your paintings and prints archival?

All prints are produced on archival cotton paper using archival ink. Original paintings and drawings were created using archival canvases, paper, ink and/or other material whenever specified.

Is that my portrait?

No, it’s not (lol). The artist has created each portrait entirely from her imagination, without the usage of reference material, models, etc. Any resemblance would be coincidental and unintentional.

Can you do a commission for me?

Yes, if the artist’s requirements and yours are a good fit. Please send all requests for commissions to info@inktentious.com.
